Isle of Skye (it's too long since I went, and I need to go back soon ... fingers crossed for 2015)
Shropshire (a county that people tend to drive through on the way to Wales, but has a lot to recommend it ... if you go, have a drink in the Six Bells and think of Jelly:))
Northumberland (stunning countryside and coast, huge landscapes where you won't meet another soul)
Dorset (another county that people tend to pass through rather than stop, but they should do ... take some Thomas Hardy novels to read while there)
Llyn Peninsula (a recent rediscovery for me, lovely people and great food ... take a trip to Bardsey Island and say hello to Colin the boatman from me:))
Cotswolds (can be very touristy, but if you want a place that is quintessentially English, this is it ... almost too beautiful for words)
...and last but not least...
Yorkshire (I don't really need to explain why, do I?)
Thanks Jelly. All great suggests for me to look into. :T
Apart from Yorkshire. No you don't. I go often and would probably live there given the opportunity.“Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while you could miss it.” ~ Ferris Bueller0 -

Mum still not eating but not passed out today. I have placed an online order for Friday for fresh supplies for them both including cough medicine and vices. I should have placed it last night but was hoping to go out to shop.
Think I am best staying away from shops and germs. As much as I wanted to go Whoopies shopping today I didn't bother. I have food and drink and a bit of fruit so staying put.
Big hugs nanny
