I don't think the goals you set yourself this year were unimportant, as you took such great pleasure from achieving them:T well done you.
Can you "extend" the goals you set this year or somehow develop them?
I'm sure you know the value of SMART goals and I'm unsure if this is the best information to give you but it could be helpful....

Cjj the goal I set myself this year was only glitch for family if it worked out free. The glitches that cost a bit I saved for me.
Your goals for this year were sensible and acheivable. No point in having goals you would get stressed about not achieving.
I know the couple of times you have been out with your OH this year you have loved so why not vow to go out on a date once a month maybe building up to a night away together. A goal you will both benefit from and I am sure your relationship would benefit from.
My goal for this year is to bin ready meals as living alone it is the easy option. It is not a new years resolution but instead a goal to work towards. Also might help with weight loss so I can once again delight flo flo with tales of bad dates.
The trying to cook from scratch was the reason I wanted a nutri bullet which should be with me friday. The time and effort of buying and cooking fresh food is a big deal to me due to my fibre, RA and now my ankles so although it sounds easy it will challenge me.
Food for thought but think about what you feel you miss out on as it's when dgc come along you will really want to get out more so working towards that even if a few years away will be a great positive thing.
