If you sign for 2 years to save the connection fee. In case if you want to terminate the contract before 2 years then what are the penalties from E7even. Is it "termination fees of the £50 connection fee, the time used and the proceeding 3 months fees will be deducted from any refund due".
Thanks!
For more information take a look at my e7even thread in the referrers Board - this will also save you a tenner if you use my referral id when signing up.To infinity and beyond!0 -

Bit Torrent downloads still work fine for me though !
Remember to check the Referrers Board for the e7even posting that shows you how to save an extra tennerTo infinity and beyond!0 -

At the end of the day - you pay your money and take your choice.
1MB uncapped (as far as I and most other customers seem to be getting) for £10 a month is an absolute steal. I feel sorry for those that cannot get ADSL yet !To infinity and beyond!0 -
Mike, and indeed anyone else concerned/interested in e7even. Because I'd been given the job (from my son) to get information for him before moving to e7even, I posted a question on www.ispreview.com forum about V21 and penalties.
However, like most things, the subject moved to our intended isp, ie e7even, and it's interesting how payment in advance is poo poo'd. In fact, it seems far from complimentary comments are appearing, maybe not constructive, but they're there. I've no wish to create a landslip to ispreview, but Mike, who waves the flag for e7even, you might like to take a look. (yes, I'm loading, you fire). Under the very top main banner strip, there is a pale blue strip, with several headings, the forum is almost centre, clic on that. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I was just pointing out the part in thier T&C and the fact others had reported having thier service restricted. That will probably be a contention issue on certain exchanges so will likely happen to more and more people as they get more subscribers. It seems a risk if you pay for 2 years service then 1 month down the line they decide to cap your Bittorrent or other peer to peer app at 5-6Kbs. I just dont like the idea that I would be signing up for a restricted service (even though it might not be at the moment) I would have no grounds to leave.0 -
My apologies The Loft, you are right of course, it is co.uk. Now, go to Forums>General Discussion>V21 subject. Toward the end of page 1, I make reference to e7even, then on several posts on page 2, e7even receives comment. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
