I didn't realise May was that 'lucrative' this yearBut then perhaps a 'quant' would
Remember you're talking about mayonnaise, a complete quant and not exactly the sharpest tool in the box. Most of the £250k + votes would have been for a joke.
If mayonnaise had a brain he'd be dangerous.:rotfl:0 -
How much will your house be worth in 2016? That is the real question, sell now if you can while there are still a few muppets left :rotfl:0

Of all the fora on this moneysaving board, this one is by far the most lucrative. The others by comparison are like picking up pennies in front of a steam roller.
For years, I listened to the idiots over on HPC and didn't buy. It was only when I found this one and started listening to the likes of Hamish that I decided to.
Best decision I ever made, I seriously don't understand why people mock mine and others success is purchasing the most successful investment of recent years.
True for me as well, Hamish's detailed rational gave me the confidence to press ahead and I'm bloody glad I did. Although if I was a little more money minded I would probably sell up now and take the profits and do something a little alternative but the problem is, once you've got the bluetits regularly feeding in front of your bedroom windows and woodpeckers a regular guest in the garden and two woodburners blazing at night, what other investment seems so attractive ?Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.0 -

I'm earning a lot more than 15k but I guess you're not getting so much on the dole. Do you need a loan? I know times are hard for you:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

If you had half a brain you'd be a genius :rotfl:0 -

Me too.
I'm really glad I found these boards, read them for ages, took in what my brain would.......and acted on it.
I now have security in my own pad, have been a maniac about paying it off quick (which some would disagree with on here and to invest elsewhere whilst int is low).....but I have gone my own way for my own security, am nearly done with it, and will have piece of mind very soon on that front.
I even think about doing it all again.....:D.......sometimes.Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.0 -

even the bulls on this site would acknowledge that demand has evaporated, although they would probably put it down to the time of year
but in reality several factors have come into play at the same time which have had a devastating impact on the market0
