Ha this thread has taken very strange all of a sudden. You both seem like very odd chaps so I won't be wasting any more time here.
But sorry I didn't realise I had to write professionally on a forum. Also I didn't know there was a thank button but I have thanked anyone that replied.
Very surprised with the little digs from people here but you get people like you two on all forums so I won't judge.
Anyway, email sent to BPA. I may or may not be back depending on what happens. Probably not though. Thanks for the help.0 -
@mp is a lady, not a chap, you will get replies from both genders on here, but you may not get replies that you like but they will be based on your actions and understanding and research etc, or on a lack of them , plus a knowledge of the subject from us who spend the time to learn and also to give back (some people just take , take)
hopefully your BPA complaint will get you where you need to be, otherwise you are in debt collector limbo land for several years, or court , or both
if you read this thread, he was tardy as well, but in the end he got off his backside, got the BPA involved and got a popla code

now all we have to do is convince him to write his appeal and win at popla , but he finally appears to "get it"0 -
Got an email from BPA today saying the contacted ECP and they have cancelled the charge. Thanks very much for the help.0
