Do ot use useless collectplus

Besides delays, there have been a few weird tracking glitches from Collect+ for me eg parcel showing as despatched from the depot, then "collected" next day, but according to ebay feedback it was actually delivered next day. For two more items tracking has stopped but I've received the feedback as well so have to assume they have been delivered. I have to say though, I've been very impressed with them throughout the year, soo quick and easy to book, most economy things arriving within 2 days etc. But looks to me like they have totally misjudged Xmas period.
As a buyer, I ordered a package from Very on Sunday morning, and collected it from local Collect+ store on Monday afternoon, now this was super impressive. What somebody mentioned above re parcels from these retailers being prioritised at the expense of others totally makes sense now.

I'm not sure about Collect Plus, although it worked well last time I used it (few months back). On the matter of Yodel though, I'm still waiting on a parcel 2 weeks on, how bad can this 'backlog' of theirs be?!
