Question 21. Who took advantage of a ban for disputing an umpiring decision to play serious football and ended up representing his country in World Cup qualifying matches?

Sir Viv Richards was banned for 2 years around 1969/70 for disputing a decision and apparently filled his time with boxing and football.
In 1974 he did play in Football World Cup qualifiers for Antigua.

I don't quite understand #19 - Ashton Agar is an Aussie born in Australia or is it a trick answer?

Thanks for the rest of the answers though, not spotted any other issues

Quite right, thanks, my error. Will remove so this now needs an answer.
  • 19. Who was England’s most recent teenage Test cricketer?
    Answer: ??

I think the answer could be Ben Hollioake, in 1997 when he was 19 years old.

Good call, thanks. Could be the answer unless someone can find someone else.
Ben Hollioake debut was 07/08/97, 3 months and a few days before his 20th birthday.

ETA: Well I found a Times report in 2010 that said Hollioake was the only teenager for 50 years and I've checked all the new players since then and couldn't find any teenagers.

#26 - Matt Prior smashed a window at Lords in 2011, apart from that i can't find or think of anything that happed for him that year. Koeing played for Middlesex who play at Lords so this is a possibility but i can't find anything that supports him smashing a window in 2004.

Another great spot missmiller. :T:T England batted a day and a half for 459 runs then demolished the Aussies for 84 and made them follow on on Friday. Craig came in at No 4 after McDonald retired hurt and Harvey went for a duck. Not much play Saturday due to rain, rest day Sunday, only an hours play Monday due to rain and he was out for 38 on Tuesday.

    38. Who was the last England batsman before Gary Ballance to reach his maiden Test century with a six?

Looks like it could be Eoin Morgan - See HERE
