Helicopter takes six people in total. If you are in a group of 4 you will be most likely in the back of the helicopter unless you pay extra for the front

You dont pay to sit in the front. They weigh each person to balance the copter.
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

Posted as this has been talked about recently. News on myVegas hotel comps.

Summary = new rules mean there is 1 MGM comp that can be redeemed for a 30 day period

Probably not a surprise given previous goalpost shifting. Sorry to those who were hoping to take advantage of the current rules.

They are making it hard to redeem a lot of things now.

With this company you can if you pay them an additional $50 each up front which we didn't

I had an email last year from one of the agents for MGM group, who said they use 2 firms who collect Resort Fee's on behalf of there room bookings....

The smaller (and bigger) agents over here book our rooms via them, hence R fee's included (like lowcostbeds is trade only to the agents for rooms at lower rates, than expedia, etc)...

My guess is MGM group done a U-turn somewhere, or the trade firms that handle the room bookings changed a policy, etc ??
Not even Virgin holidays include R-fee now!
Scary stuff, cos when you consider an 11 night stay at average $30 a night, that cost is pretty scary!!! :(

Not usually...as they aren't resorts but it depends what you class as a motel.

Fairly confused about the resort fees! Was looking at holidays for Apr 2016 with TC (not from a search on the main page, but the "hidden" one with cheaper prices, longer dates and better break downs) and it looks like you have two options with rooms. One that states the resort fees are excluded, and one below that's £20 or so dearer but just states the room type with no mention of fees? Would you just be right to assume the extra is for the resort fee?

Hoping to book our trip this weekend, just trying to get it set in my head :o
  • Cinny91 - Not looked at TC for a while as we are all booked, but I would think the resort fees are NOT included on either. Not sure what the 'hidden' ones are, but remember some are TC, some are Airtours, and some are Flextrips - ie the same holiday can appear several times at different price.
