Also booked our last 2 nights in May this morning. Going to try Tuscany. I know Pebbles is a fan of Tuscany so hopefully we like it. Platinum was a bit pricey due to Rock In Rio being on over the weekend.
We'll probably stop by Stir for happy hour!
Be warned though, the washing machines aren't in your room, they have a little laundry room.0 -

And mine. I sometimes tip up to $5 for the first one, if I'm feeling 'drinky' - the waitresses seem to come back quicker if you front load the tipsthen $1 after. Always at least $1 a drink though, even if I just ask for water

I'm adding my name to the list too...though I don't drink much at all, we will always tip at least $1/drink.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
We're looking at doing a 2 or 3 night stay in Vegas as part of our honeymoon at the beginning of August and just starting to look at hotel deals.
Can anybody advise if the current offer for Aria on smartervegas is a good deal please?
It works out $279 (+ resort fee) for 2 nights or $396 (+ resort fee) for 3 nights and gives $100 resort credit and a room upgrade.0 -

Have you checked your dates for the same room type using other offers? That's the only way to really know if it's a good deal. Sometimes the offers with inclusions aren't as good as those without, just depends.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -

I have a few questions that I hope someone will be able toanswer.
I want to book fast track at Stansted (as the airport has alot of negative reviews on the time spent in security with flights beingmissed), the online booking asks for the date and the time. If I pick a time of07.00, is the fast track then valid for the whole of the day from 07.00 or ifnot how long do you get.
For the last six days of my trip to Vegas, hotel prices seemridiculously high, so I am going to be changing hotels, does anyone know if theairport shuttle companies (shared) do transfers from one hotel to another orwill I need to get a cab (staying on strip, then transferring to Orleans offstrip).
The Orleans has what lookslike very cheap room rates, if you stayed at the Orleans did you have any bad experiences.
Thanks for your help

there is a free shuttle to Orleans, not sure how much space they have for luggage but I am sure others will confirm.

We liked our short stay at Orleans...we prefer being on the Strip but the room was large and comfortable. Other than the weird sliding door for the bathroom, I can't think of anything negative to say about it. We did have a room waaaaaaaaaaay down a corridor so it seemed like it took forever to get there, but that can happen in a lot of hotels. Loads of folks here have stayed there much more than we have. I would stay again, but I think hubby is just more happy on the Strip.
What dates are you going? Have you had a look to see what might be driving prices up?Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0
