Sounds like there will be few issues at college which is great and the lads will look out for her.

The mother probably has no idea what her son is really like -love can be blind so let em get on with it. Neither this boy or his mother are your daughter's concern and not worth her time. This whole thing has taught her who her real friends are .....and has also taught her that a good boyfriend won't want to hide her away but proudly make sure everyone knows they are an item.

The thing I found strange is, if anyone is stuck with their work they'll text her and ask her to come into college in her own time to help them, she'll happily go, she has no shortage of friends, this kid on the other hand, hardly anyone likes him, she said to me today that she hadn't realised just how much she wasn't hanging around with her usual crowd because he didn't like them and they didn't like him.
