This would make a good article for papers.
How you went to shop at the range and they rewarded you with a lengthy legal battle with their parking firm and not once offered to help.

Typical bully-boy behaviour on the part of Parking Eye. When somebody stands up to them and takes the case to POPLA they just run away with their tail between their legs. I hope Ms. Ledson is proud of the job she is doing.

This looks like one that needs following up. PE need a good kicking here.

I am sure that it must have cost you and your wife a great deal of stress, anguish, sleepless nights, heartburn, worry, migraines, self doubt, indigestion, etc., etc., etc., perhaps put your marriage under pressure, caused you to neglect your kids, interfered with your work.

Can you not find a solicitor who would take this on on a contingency basis?

The deep, your exactly right, it has do e all those things (except the kids bit ) , but to be honest after all that hassle we've kinda had enough of the legal system for now. On the bright side I'm confident that if this ever happens to me my wife myself family or friends I feel I can provide a lot of support and experience to guide them through. As long as people like parking prankster and all the others that has helped us through are still active on this forum, think there will always be the support out there people need. As I say uf anyone wants any information from myself that they feel they can use just ask :)

    Well done MrE, excellent outcome!

Now, please do us a favour and tell all your friends about the private car park 'management' charade, the business model of which is principally aimed at issuing penalties to motorists and relieving them of eye-watering amounts of money. As you now know, they can be seen off with help from the forum.

Use Facebook and Twitter to tell your friends, and ask them to pass on the message to their friends. The more people know, the more sense we can knock into this system.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The Range - a company run by a man who doesn't give a flying fig about his customers.

I watched the documentary on BBC2 a little while ago. He said his prime motivation was 'greed'.

There you go, says it all - birds of a feather..........!
