The slithy tove, this is the third thread that I have active, I opened a new one because in the last 2 weeks I've asked for advice / help on my other two and Ive had no replies. I don't blame others if they are unable to help. But as I thought this might be of interest the wide community of people on here I thought it was worth starting a new thread.
    my other two threads are
chances of CCJ being set aside??
    And
Default country court judgment against the wife over a year old.

in that case, you should have linked them in your opening post (you still can using the advanced edit or edit function)

so if we assume you wish this to be the current thread, at least link them in and dont start any more threads, context being the best option, plus adding this to the last thread about the set aside would have bumped it to the top of this forum anyway , making it highly relevant once more

plus you can use advanced edit to alter the heading title of your thread too , as things progress

good luck with PE or popla if it gets that far

a good result so far , and as usual excellent advice from the prankster himself

you could ask crabman in a pm to merge this thread into the set aside thread, thats probably the best option thinking about it

Sorry mrelliott, I don't have this level of expertise and really wish you well tomorrow.

Gut feeling is that you have a good handle on all the nuts and bolts so far.

The danger of the split threads. All will come to light '&' once MrE gets Crabman to merge!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
