SEALED POT CHALLENGE NUMBER 500 :rotfl:0 -
Morning everyone! Have a great day and {{{hugs}}} to all those in need of them. xxBaby_Angel wrote: »OMG! Is it that time of the year already. I haven't been posting to this thread for some time now, but have been potting throughout. Just little amounts as I rarely have any cash in hand. I have some blue rewards money lying around in the account. I will soon give my final amount.
I need to get the next pot ready soon. Oh it is exciting. I didn't realise I could save so much money randomly potting.
Hello again, Baby Angel, it's just great to see you again!!! I know we don't see you very often, but at least we know you're clinking away in the background. Saying that, any time you get chance to pop on, it'll be lovely to see you! BTW Sorry for the late response but I must have missed you after posting mine, or tother way round...cross posting anyway. :cool:32b3in2013 wrote: »Excellent potting Sue. I will be sure to keep an eye open for road change. Hopefully I will be able to spot it under all my shopping bags
£4.90 potted today.
I suppose the new pottings should be on the next thread, maybe I'll open the new pot next week and give the money to my nephew to buy my sister a Christmas present. The eldest three are old enough to buy their own presents for their mum, but the youngest two are not. Hmmm, what to do??
32b3
Thanks very much, 32b3. You can't let shopping bags stand in the way of roadkill!! Keep swinging them from left to right; a bit extreme maybe, but....!Re your nephews and nieces, what used to happen with the elder 3? Whatever it was hadn't you best stick to that...or the elder ones will pick you up on it for sure!!:eek::eek:
BTW The new thread will, as you know, be up and running in the VERY early hours of the 6th Nov, see you then!! :j
All the best for you at the weekend then, Westie, you'll have your work cut out....and love every minute I'll bet!Have fun!
OK Lynne, let's get our days synchronised. I make it (including today) 9 actual days saving as Thursday is D for declaration day - right? So, from tonight onwards it'll be 8 or am I away with the fairies? Anyone responding to that rudely will be for the naughty step!!!
Brilliant news about you having settled in, Helen, though time to take care of that back! Start of a new beginning for you from here on, enjoy it all.
You're welcome, !!!!!!, you'll soon get to know us..you can't not do the way we prattle on, though not me! Just eware of jakes-mum, she [STRIKE]never stops[/STRIKE] is a star.Save well and you'll be chuffed to little mint balls - I am!
Have a POTTING good Tuesday, folk, and remember.......only 9  saving days to go!!!

Put it this way, Westie, the closing date (yes, the 5th) has been at the bottom of each of my posts all this year. I wonder if you're ahead of yourself with the 6th being the day we re-start SPC 9. Whatever the reason, not to worry, Westie, at least you finally took notice  and now know that the day for declaring will be next Thursday - the 5th.
Re the Brownies........who's taking care of who?!!! :rotfl:Only joking, but I reckon you know that. Be careful of that hip!TheCatsandDogsMother wrote: »Got a 10.00 refund on the last puppy pre-school class (even though he managed to break the graduation cap) so have potted it

Im away with my 12 brownies this weekend, not as many as 50 but will feel like when I get home...
;-)
At least mine were adults, and therefore supposed to be able to look after themselves :rotfl:
You're a brave woman!
Had to use my card with Am@zon yesterday to buy a leaving present - which means I've got the cash - including 5 £2 coins! It's the law that you have to pot those, yes? :T
Can't wait for the count-up0 -
it would have been more Sue but I was feeding Jack at the time and she went outside told my boyfriend I had reduced it from £90- £60 and left. I was fuming (talk about taking food from a baby's mouth). It was a £300 fold away bike that had NEVER been used!
I sold off my old Nintendo 64 console and games too but can't remember what I got in the end - but hey nearer to the £500 target!
Handed in my notice last week so will get all my annual leave paid this Fridaywill be great to have money - little one is too long for his 6-9 month clothes and 6-12 month shoes / sleeping bag (7 months old on Friday) so off to the TU sale come pay day
