    Afternoon

I have still been potting this week but I forgot the total.

    £1.18 potted today.

Excellent potting following your holiday Sue :D

I hope everyone is well. There isn't much more than two months left to go before opening day. For the next challenge, I am going back to the normal sized tins. The big tin I have is never going to fill up!!

Have banked £65 into my savings. This included my volunteer travel expenses claims. Signature has been updated. Not going to do as much voluntary work now.

  • Noticed I'd filled up another pot today so opened it £105 so that's holiday spending money as I have almost finished Christmas shopping. New pot started with £2.50.
2016 was both financially and emotionally. 2017 will be our year.

Only a few pence potted lately. Had to lend DD a large amount to get some trees cut down in her garden. It's a council house but the (bleeping) council have been making excuses not to do the trees for the 11 years she's been there. They keep putting the rent up and doing less and less.:mad:
DD had to pay for broken roof tiles to be fixed last week.

Sorry for the rant but it is so maddening when someone is trying so hard to keep afloat and things like this happens. :(

Sue, that 'mugshot' is an early pic of the gorgeous Justin Hayward of the Moody Blues. :D
I daren't put my own pic on here, mine is the type you put over the fireplace to keep the kids away! :rotfl:

    I've been Money Tipped!
Afternoon all and a nice day here - warm and sunny. We did have some spectacular lightning on Friday night though, along with plenty of rain!!
But, today's another day and a good one.

Potted 5 x £1 coins. I'm trying to pot steady £15 weeks, with perhaps the odd £20 one. So, £10 more needed this week and a couple of £2 coins would be appreciated. Maybe visit Morries during the week, their s/scan tills are normally reliable.
