Thank you SF for all the work. I haven't updated my signature for so long that I had forgotten how to do it! I am starting this Wednesday. I get paid early in December (this year it was 19th). I always transfer the money straight out of my current account then and transfer it back in on what should be my usual payday. Usually payday would be this Wednesday so I will begin by transferring £1000 into a savings account then.
Wishing everyone successful saving in 20150 -

Hello
Can I join in too please. I want to save £7,610 this year which will bring my total savings to £15k. I would like to save more than this if possible but have managed to build up £6k of credit card debt (nearly all on 0% until 2016) trying to fix up our fixer upperAnyway so will have to pay off the non-0% balance and keep minimum payments on the rest...
Most of my savings are through a work savings scheme which I did quite well with last time, and the rest are between a S&S ISA and a cash one.
I need to work on being super frugal in 2015, I started well in 2014 but then got carried away with house stuff and Christmas and holidays... and well, there's no excuse, but in 2015 I'm determined to be better!!!
Good luck everyone else0 -
Can I be added please? £8k is the aim this year.
Feeling confident but some bills due on the car may scupper these plans!Save 12k in 2015 (£8k) #1580 -
Hi, Slowly Fading,
I'm a newbie on this challenge. Thanks so much for running this for us all. I've just submitted my form for £12k...a huge challenge, but let's see how it goes :T
This sort of challenge really kept me motivated when I was a mortgage free wannabee, so I'm really hoping it will work as well for savings.
Good luck, Everyone!
