You have no way of knowing whether parking over a line is inconsiderate or selfish so there is no admission of that in any way.

If I can get away without paying this fine it will be great but if I end up in court or on some debtors list then I would probably be wiser to bite the bullet and pay the fine.

Inconveniencing others? With one back wheel out at the end of a row. The only person inconvenienced was the poor chap that had to write the ticket in the pouring rain.
