  • I sympathise with your problem. But wouldn't you agree that this was not just a simple picking error? these things do happen. i have had a few appliances delivered from the same company and everything went very smoothly. I think you just venting a little anger there. on both occasions when I ordered the service was fab!!!
  • what do you expect them to do? was it faulty? no is wasn't. So the manufactors don't accept things back if they arn't faulty so why should they. Its your fault for ordering the wrong one. You should have reserched your appliances better!!!!

  • no i wasn't aware of that. but the quote still stands. It just annoys me when people try and pass the buck for their own mistakes.
