Just to update, we won, claim dismissed! Will be getting other ex-students involved in a possible claim against the claimant for mis selling their insurance/membership.

Hi,
I find myself in a similar situation. Same company - The Smae Institute and BCPA. I gave notice before my renewal was due, but evidently not 12 months notice! They have now brought a claim against me for breach of contract!
Any assistance as to how your claim progressed would be welcome, as IMHO they appear to want to apply bully-boy tactics!0 -
