Morning everyone. Well done on the garden Mrs MP great achievement.
Stressful here. Having all sorts of goings on with DS1, his anxiety is bad, we need to sort out his benefits which is a minefield and his physical health is being affected by him worrying about the benefits.
DS2 has to go into hospital and have 3 adult teeth out next week which is quite a major job.
The kitchen is still not finished - I have no sink and no worktops.
And I have got family coming to stay the weekend after next and I just cant be bothered. As for Christmas. Can I be excused this year?0 -
Morning all
YL coping vibes and hugs for you.
New yoga class first thing this morning for me and it is near a 'farm' shop so I'll pop in there afterwards.
Flying mid morning - hoovering and floor mopping - then town to collect an order and return something.
Indoor cricket for DS3 tonight, feel so sad about the news of Phil Hughes dying, I spend a lot of time at cricket grounds and it makes it feel even realer.
Don't take anything or anyone for granted flyfriends. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

I didn't sleep well last night. Woke up feeling rubbish and my glands are swollen again
DD2 managed to get replies off of her father last night  and I'm mean to be meeting him in town to collect our money but he couldn't/wouldn't tell her a time though he knows I need to be over there for lunch time as I have the horrible back to work woman todayHe said he'd call the house phone this morning
DD2 and her friend decorated t-shirts with puffy paint last night (for the Diversity show at the weekend) but obviously wouldn't listen to advice and the paint wouldn't "puff up" this morning when DD2 attacked them. The packet said use hairdryer after 6 hours, not 12! but they wouldn't be told and to be honest they look terrible
I'm going to have another coffee and get on with some jobs while I wait for my phone call  Think I might fb message him anyway.

Got a man coming to quote me for new front and back doors tonight as well but he'll be chaed out in prompt fashion so I can pick back up with the list.
Have a good day all, hugs where needed

Sorry not to have been around since the start of this thread. Mum was ill at the end of last week and had a fall on Sunday morning. I was supposed to be going down this weekend, but mum was very tired and when I spoke to her on Tuesday we agreed she had to rest and I reluctantly agreed not to go. However last night she appeared to be in the pub with my sister and the 2 friends of my sister who help mum..... I am really struggling with being so far away and I can't help feeling excluded at times.
The house is a tip and I overslept this morning which hasn't helped. DD1 is on a day off and is making her feelings known about the state of the place. Mind you I was out at my creative writing group last night and having had my tea and washed up I was totally fed up to return home and find the sink full of washing up that wasn't mine!!! It was still there this morning! Grrrr!
Hope all of you are well and in a good place. Hugs and spoons to all who need.
And to add to my joy the oven isn't heating up, and the repair man will be coming on Tuesday, so inventive thinking for hob and slow cooker is the order of the day.
I will post the full list of secret santa participants tonight or tomorrow and when that's approved by you all I will pm people who they are buying for.
Catch you later - got to run to the paid stuff now...:jFlylady and proud of it:j0
