Yay, a proper 'time of the season' song, far better than Bob patronising us again with his 4th time remix - I still have the original 7" but !!!!!! people, its Africa, yes they do know its bl**dy Xmas esp after you've been signing about them for the past 30-odd years!
Sorry, don't know what came over me - and apologies about the limbo competition last night, I just couldn't resist sticking the pole in the sand and having a shimmy round it
Well no NSD yesterday, has my work 'once a year turkey' dinner - although was home by 10pm (gone are the days of wild partying. But had to get my brows done at lunchtime. Today I picked up a couple of bits (like pulses for HM baked beans) so no NSD here. I seem to be back on the small spends again but trying to be :money: - for instance, the beans for HM backed beans cost £1.05 for two tins, but they'll go further when made up with sauce so :money:
Got a couple more '25th Dec' presents today too so those are off the list. Getting there, although can't believe it's 10th Dec already.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

kerri - did I see a sneaky little x word creep in there? When you were in mid-rant about the Band Aid song? Have to say, I agree with you. The original 1984 song was the best, and should have been the only one. If someone wants to record a song to raise money for charity they should write a new one, not rehash an old one. And no, they don't know it's wotsitmas because most of the countries affected by Ebola are mainly Muslim and don't recognise the festival.
Rant over. I'll tell marmite to instruct the Shark brothers to just give you a friendly warning nip. Seeing as we've shared the same soapbox and all that. And seeing as, thanks to the stupid Narglehounds, you now have splinters in a very awkward place....Igor, where did you put your magic ointment? One life - your life - live it!0 -

It did sneak in, but hoped it was allowed as it is a key part of the song
OUCH Igor, careful when you're plucking those splinters out, and do you have to use them as toothpicks?Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
