Yes. Do you send Christmas cards to other non-Christians?0

I have given non-Christian friends cards before and none have taken offence, if you got on with them anyway I doubt they would?notanewuser wrote: »Why not scrap the cards altogether (you see each other every day - do they need a card, really?) and make a charitable donation for what you would have spent instead?
:rotfl: If I did that a charity would get about 50p sometime in January! Any that I do send would either be given in person or in a joint envelope with my mum's cards!0 -
As he's a work colleague- wouldn't that make it a working class problem ?
Nah the middle class still work these days, and if they were working class they'd have bigger fish to fry, like where the next block of dripping is coming from or something....:rotfl:{Signature removed by Forum Team}0 -

I send a Christmas card to my Muslim friend at work, I wouldn't want to leave her out. However I do also send her a card at Eid, and wish her Eid Mubarak.
I love to hear how her family celebates festivals and occasions from their own culture, it's very interesting.

Surely the way to deal with it is wait to see if he distributes card. If he does, then you give him one in return!0

What if he doesn't give out cards at work?
I know I won't be giving cards out but that doesn't mean I'll be offended if someone gives me oneOur Rainbow Twins born 17th April 2016

I am friends with a Muslim family. We send each other Christmas cards and EID cards. They celebrate Christmas as well as they want their children to respect the traditions of this country. I think your colleague will not be offended. However I do feel he would be offended if you excluded him, whilst giving everyone else a card.0
