WENDYAK - so sorry to hear about your loss.

QOC - hope you manage to get your coat sorted.

Went to use an APG voucher with the JF today. Got trouted big style. I was accused of fraud and for printing out vouchers more than once because someone else who uses my store has been doing it and they had a voucher for £12+ too. !!!!!!! Made me stand there near CS for over half an hour. I thought I was going to get arrested. I was proper bricking it. A manager was called who eventually OK'd it and let me go.

How do you guys manage to use big APG's without drama? :(:(:(

Just done a bits 'n' pieces shop at Tosco; total came to £7.10 (after MOCs), I gave the SA seven £1 coins and a 20p piece, and I got back £1.10 in change:eek::D … is it wrong to take advantage of the numismatically and numerically challenged?

Careful choice of CS and generally trying to keep vouchers below £10 so that they scan and just need authorising (as that way they generally pay less attenton to them - also choosing the younger or more chatty staff tends to get them through without issue) ... though I suspect we may be seeing more than our normal share of troutings over the next few days/weeks cashing in our Pringles APGs that are for more than the cost price .

Surprised face if they challenge it is also helpful - no idea how it came to that., must have been cheaper/on clearance in T/S/W/M, their APG system gave you the voucher ... etc. Best to say as little as possible and don't explain how the voucher is really coming to that value if a glitch (only explain if it is a good offer elsewhere that generated the APG as that again trains them up to expect higher value vouchers as "normal" without issue).

I got a shock last week when I actually received the Udi's, couldnt really say I didnt want them so Im stuck with them, tried one after a few drinks last week, and they are mighty sickly.
So my order tonight, do I buy in the chance that they are now stocking them or do I take a chance on them being OOS?
Buy them, tick no subs, you're unlikely to get them. Bonus :T

Yes probably ... I tend to point out errors like this (or when they try giving me the vouchers back after scanning - happened a couple of times ) and tell them that their till will be out. I find that this approach may mean they are then recruited for any future "requirements." ;)

Yes was HC store. Some idiot is making it hard for us to carry out legitimate business :rotfl: don't know how, but wish they would stop.

    Hi,
OH has just been trouted in this store with a large but legit APG.
They refused to take it as the said its faulty. They said the amount back should show in the barcode, from what I know anything over £9:99 doesn't show on barcode, is this true?

    3 questions please regarding Morrisons

Firstly are we still playing the Morrisons match and more game or has chocolate and pringles mania taken over :rotfl:

Also Ive got a few receipts dated prior to going AWOL to get match points added on - has anyone had any problems getting points added on for receipts that are slightly elderly?

Finally Ive got 2 extra points vouchers that came with the card to use, one is for a £15 spend so is there anything worth getting at the mo for getting both more and match points.
For the other points voucher I need to get 10 things - no problem, we are very adept at buying 10 things :D

Hello, I'm lurking and seen some posts I might have replied to earlier but didn't, anyhow. I shouldn't be back here again so soon:o:o.

The Coke Zero 4 pack multipack (of 4x1.5L). £5 each in M. Buying 3 of the multipacks (=£15!:D) should compare vs A at 3 for £10. Worked yesterday. £5 in match points and more points on this item too. No need for any fillers:j. Check your emails - some people have MOCs against Coke and may be cashback available as well! (We are being treated!:rotfl:) I notice T now 3 for £10 as well, so two chances for it to pick up correct pricing to compare to - lose £1 compared to waiting for APG to pick up T's pricing:rotfl: - T's price may not have updated on Match & More but should still be vs A at the same, so doesn't matter which one it's comparing to as long as it compares right.

Yes true - barcode only shows up to 999 as it only has room for 3 digits. £10 gives a price prompt for them to enter the voucher value (hence the comment above about trying to keep below £10 as it then misses a checking stage ;)).
