Ts Direct seem to be having major problems with orders at the moment. I've seen no end of complaints on their FB page about it. The laptop I ordered at the start of the week was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. I had a text on Wednesday to say it would be delayed until today. I've just had another very apologetic text telling me it's been 'slightly delayed' again. Rather worryingly it's not giving me a date when I can expect it:eek: it just says I'll receive an email to advise when it's been dispatched.
Im glad I ordered early. From reading their FB page it doesn't look like phonecalls to CS and foot stamping is getting anyone anywhere so Im not even going to stress myself out going down that route......yet
