Thanks Zippy - I can relax about the main refund then. The invoice isn't too damning at the moment as it still shows the full price of the vodka and other subs so I was thinking that I could just point out where it says Sanex 2 ordered, 1 delivered and ask them if they can do a straight instore refund - its clearly an error on their part. If they start faffing about I would just say not to bother and walk away. I would have said something at pickup if I' noticed but was distracted by the rejected subs. I'll see who is on CS later !
