    Good morning all...
Good morning Tiny...sorry to dissapoint but coco bought nothing home last night...in a way I'm quite sad I was loving the gifts!

I've booked myself on the T evening ...do you think I could class it as a "christmas party"....its the closest I'm going to get to one this year.

OH returned from scotland last night with a haggis...no cooking instructions...but think I will just bake it for tonight and see what happens...unless anyone wants to give be some advice...
It seems to be in a skin an I'm unsure if its plastic so again unsure if I should remove it before cooking.
Where are my scottish elite to advise when I need them?

I have to make chocolate truffles for 6th form for tomorrow...apparently they are tiring of cake...well so am I of making it!.....this will be the 4th time this term.

hope everyone has a good day...at least I didnt have to scrape ice this morning but it was still very cold.

    Morning LEJC. :)

I think you can officially say you are going to a Christmas party, last year they had fizz and loads of hot/cold buffet food at mine. And good selection of sweet treats and finally cheese and biscuits. :D

Not sure if this year will be the same as last year you were invited for the evening. This year it has been split into 2 hour slots so might not be quite as good. Time will tell. ;)

Still worried we are all going to turn up and nothing happening. :rotfl:

So I should be steaming this haggis thing rather than baking it?

    Interesting...

Last time we had one I think I used it as a stuffing for chicken...but it was a bIt rich for me so I dont think I will do it like that...although I do have a nice bit of swede to go with it that I forgot to use in a stew the other day.
