    Morning all :p

Been up since 12.30, guess what I've been doing?

    4 x candles @ £5 covers the £20. Actually costs £8 - £4 = £4 so £1 each :)

    or slightly more sensible

    1 Cillit Bang Limescale & Shine 750Ml
1 Flash Bathroom Cleaning Spray 500Ml
1 Domestos Toilet Limescale Remover 750Ml
2 Glade Candle Bali Sandalwood & Jasmine
1 Flash Liquid Gel Bathroom 400Ml
4 Banrock Station Cabernet Shiraz 75Cl

    24.96 (goes in basket 51.96)
6.60 plus bits for pts etc
    31.56

    13.95 less ecoupons (£5 wine £4 household)

Determined to lose 6lb by Friday 12th. was bit of a shock when I stood on scales last Friday. :o

Not sure it will be enough to wear the dress to the xmas party and feel comfortable in it but I am keeping it as I love it, reckon if I am strict will fit well by xmas. It is the carrot I should have dangled a long time ago. :o

I must try on my back up plan, as haven't worn that since last year. But I think that is more forgiving on the lumps and bumps on my behind. ;)

Hope you achieve your goal. I'm sure you will as you seem to be a determined lady :)

When I wanted to shed some weight quickly I did the 5:2 diet. Eat 600 calories of food for 2 days out of a 7 day period, then eat relatively normally the other days.

With a bit of imagination you can get quite a bit of food within the 600 cal allowance :)

The 2 days can fall anywhere in the 7 day period to fit with your plans.

Great freebie day yesterday as I got my Hotel Chocolat reindeer and a delicious hot chocolate from Cafe Nero. Nothing new and exciting on the app that I can see unless I'm being daft though :(

So I am the one who has to have a tea total Xmas every year:eek:

I'm a tea total pretty much all the time now. Xmas isn't the same getting older, and without my mum but will make an effort for DD.
