Determined to lose 6lb by Friday 12th. was bit of a shock when I stood on scales last Friday.
Not sure it will be enough to wear the dress to the xmas party and feel comfortable in it but I am keeping it as I love it, reckon if I am strict will fit well by xmas. It is the carrot I should have dangled a long time ago.
I must try on my back up plan, as haven't worn that since last year. But I think that is more forgiving on the lumps and bumps on my behind.
Hope you achieve your goal. I'm sure you will as you seem to be a determined lady
When I wanted to shed some weight quickly I did the 5:2 diet. Eat 600 calories of food for 2 days out of a 7 day period, then eat relatively normally the other days.
With a bit of imagination you can get quite a bit of food within the 600 cal allowance
The 2 days can fall anywhere in the 7 day period to fit with your plans.0 -
