Argos will deal with you in the correct manner, the only issue here is the thought of something going wrong. Argos will have there own tracking and delivery system so it will be resolved in a jiffy

Your consumer rights are to have the items you have paid for...
Your outcomes are various.
Argos might say "oh yes, it has been sent in a separate parcel", in whcih case, no problems.
Or if they assume it was in the parcel, and there was no sign of tampering, then you will perhaps need to involve the police, as someone at Argos' end might have pocketed it...
Until you phone Argos and DISCUSS it with them, there is not a lot that people can help you with.

Not sure myself, but there was a very similar one not long ago in which the customer said that their 14 or 15 year old brother signed for the parcel without checking it and the box was empty.
I don't know what happened to that one in the end, as I gave up following the witless saga. If this one is genuine though, then I am sorry for the OP and hope he gets it sorted before long.0 -

I called them and they said they'll lodge an investigation which will take 24-48hours. They'll reply by email or call0
