    What does the delivery note say, not the receipt.

    Was there any indication that the camera should have been in the box with the case?

    Yes the receipt says both was ordered
    Someone said I should contact Argos. I'll email but my question is what to except? I don't want to get mugged.

    What do you mean mugged? Why come to a forum and ask what they should do when you havent even called them?

    Ring them first (email is the next approach if phone fails) - get the ball rolling - the longer after delivery you get in touch with them the less likely your case has merit.

    Your rights are to get the product you paid for - but you'll need to prove that you only received one item.

    The quicker you contact Argos, the more likely it is it'll get sorted out.

    Also, use http://www.saynoto0870.com/ to find a cheaper phone number.

    Did the box/delivery note indicate that both items should have been delivered?

    You need to ascertain what should have happened and then what did happen.

    Do you have email confirmation of your order? Does it mention anything about dispatch items and/or a delay?

    Your consumer rights are the same as anyone elses but you need to be clear as to what has happened.

    Yes it says both will be delivered yesterday

    How can you prove such that I only recieved both? There's no weigh on the parcel?! I'm not going to record myself opening it??

    Have you not already opened it so you wouldn't be able to record yourself opening it?

    What does the delivery note say?

    EDIT - the parcel arrived yesterday and you waited till after 4pm today to think about possibly doing something about this delivery?

    Do you not think it is going to look suspicious waiting so long to contact them? Most people would have been straight on the phone.
  • Waiting days between opening the item and contacting them will look pretty suspicious.

    OP, why are you refusing to tell us what the delivery note says?

    Again... does the delivery note say one item included, or two items included?

    A simple question which you have yet to answer.
