As above - please advise what the delivery note says. (We already know the invoice mentions both items).
I get the impression that English may not be your first language. Is this why you've not answered the questions asked?0 -
So you received the package before 4pm and still haven't contacted them. Why not?
Will ring alarm bells at the other end (unless of course they are coming under separate cover).
You have been wasting valuable time fannying around.0 -

What could be the possible outcome of this ? The reason why I'm on this forum is I wanted to know my consumer rights!
No its not. Its:Home Delivery Enquiries
0345 640 2020
0345 numbers cost the same to call as a landline 01 or 02 number.
Companies aren't allowed to have 0845 numbers when it relates to the sale of a product since June (when the CCRs came into effect). You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

There's no delivery note!? I've never recieved a delivery note when recieving a parcel? Obviously if there were one, I'd read it.0 -

Let us know what Argos say when you phone them.0 -
What to expect from Argos?
How are we supposed to know, you help yourself by ringing them, then we'll help you when they've given a response.0 -

Could it be that all this about delivery notes is just confusion over words? OP mentioned a couple of times there was a receipt in the box, maybe that is what others would call the delivery note but OP calls it a receipt?
Not sure this will go anywhere unless OP phones Argos though, wonder if he's done it yet?0
