You have already been given the answers you need. Why are you so against on looking for other work now rather than spendmwhich could be another 6 months on esa or jsa?
  • Until i find another job, i will be out of money, and YES THE AGENCY WILL NOT FIND ME ANOTHER JOB. As after the temp job i would have gone back to my work programme

Why would you need to go on ESA if you intend to leave to look for more work - you are able to do other jobs, so why claim it? Or are you saying, you want to leave, rather than it be terminated to get around/avoid a sanction?

I think a big part of that is your reasoning for going on to ESA and then coming off ESA before your assessment is to avoid a sanction which sounds like it could still be avoided without the need to try and play the system. Your actions could be deemed as suspicious I'd imagine, especially if it is prolonged ESA and the switch to JSA is initiated just before your assessment has come up. If I was in your situation, I'd be playing it honestly, as from what you say, you have nothing to hide, just not able to do the job you set out to do due to your illness - decision makers are only human and I'd imagine they'd have an ounce of sense in them to realise that yes, you were not fit enough to fulfill that role and there were no other roles you could have been offered due the the type of employment (via. an agency).

You've also mentioned that if it wasn't better in a week, they'd terminate your contract/employment, or something to that effect, so why not wait for this to happen?

I think you should see someone from the CAB, they'd be best advised with what to do and will have a better understanding on how to proceed given your circumstances. People on here can only take what you say at face value, there may be things you are missing that are perhaps vital and I think people at the CAB may be better placed to retrieve that information.

    Agency

    It really is that simple

The OP was only sent to this agency through the work programme. If they can't continue in this job the agency won't find them another job - at least through the work programme.
I assume Op is only earning the equivalent to JSA in their current job as they are on the Work Programme.
Yes, OP can try and find work through other agencies.
But if he/she can't immediately find work through another agency (or by applying to companies direct), what does the OP do then - claim ESA or JSA?. That is the issue.
(Bearing in mind OP's current health issues).
  • Right am in a genuine situation, if your going to say am a liar then dont reply, i am in desprate need of help, the AGENCY HAS STATED THEY WONT OFFER ME OTHER JOBS. Because its a temp contract and after the contract finshes i would have gona back to the work programme and have nothing to do with the agency ever again.

I DONT WANT ESA I never said I WANTED ESA, U ASSUMED THAT, I just dont want to be sanctioned. OR LEFT WITHOUT MONEY UNTIL I GET ANOTHER JOB.

If you think am cheating the system, well UNTIL I FIND ANOTHER JOB ARE YOU going to pay me for my food? Bills? Travel to go to places? My inhalers?

    Are you?

    (THE ANSWER IS NO)

So dont be rude, if u think am cheating the system get me a JOB if you think jobs just fall out tree's and soon as you leave one job there is a tooth fairy at ur door offering you another one. Or even better give me ur job, and u wont have to give me advice.

Everyone else has been really kind here and i respect them.

My manager has said if ur voice does not improve i will be laid of and re claiming jsa wont entitle me to any money at all until a decision maker looks at what happened.

    That is my issue.

You have been given loads of advice - including STOP SHOUTING AT PEOPLE. The fact you don't like the advice does not make it wrong, and the fact that one person says what you want to hear doesn't make them right.

Nobody has called you a liar, but your own attitudes are beginning to call into question just how much you want to find work. There isn't an agency in the world that has no other jobs. Agencies do not work for the Work Programme - they work for themselves and their profit is based on finding people work. What makes you so special that they wouldn't want to find uou any? If they had no other jobs they would be bankrupt in weeks. You have been told to seek advice from advice centres about other benefits that may be available - you ignore that. You are fixated on claiming ESA but only until there might be a medical assessment - which sounds very suspect.

So calling other people rude is really the pot calling the kettle. You have no manners and respond with abuse to anyone who suggest something that may help you. If you aren't a troll you need to work out that in this world people cannot have everything they want, and having a tantrum when you can't have it is the action of a two year old. Try taking some of the good advice that you have been given instead of repeatedly demanding that you get your own way.

Why can you only do jobs supplied by the agency? Am I missing something, or is there a reason why you cannot apply for jobs directly, such as those in your local newspaper, shop windows and/or job sites like http://www.fish4.co.uk/, https://jobsearch.direct.gov.uk/, http://www.indeed.co.uk/ or similar?

Surely you are not bound by the agency - there are a great many jobs that don't involve telephone work. If you want to do them, of course.
