Hugs katiecat, embb, dusty and all flyladies for being so supportive and generous hearted. We should form a political party and take over running of the country we'd do a marvellous job!

We're all back home and settled now. Kiddies have had supper (mmm scones and jam, I may have snatched a naughty bits) and I just need to dry DD hair. They'll be away to bed soon, DS had us up at 5.30 so even my eyes are stinging now, they are both shattered.

Kitchen has been tidied after dinner and I think I'll put swimmies on to wash with a couple of towels...

There'd be a darned sight more common sense talked than is now the case with Government!;)

Hi all

Good luck LW, hope it all goes as well as can be expected.

Just baked a Ciabatta mix I bought from Lid*l - which seems to have expanded to about 3 times its size. Hope it tastes OK.

Paid stuff out of the way, bathroom swished and swiped, utility floor and ds loo scrubbed, 2 loads of washing done, and now I have had enough. Off to make up our bed, finish off a few bits of washing up, put my jim jams on and collapse in front of the telly.

A letter has arrived telling us that DLA is ending for DS1 and he can now apply for PIP. In a way I am glad because I am sick of the not knowing. Need to get some proper advice and try not to worry too much, what will be will be.

had a trip to C()stco after work to see if I like it as have a free 2 month membership offer. Well all I can say is a bit of savvy shopping at the supermarket will be no more expensive so I probably shan't bother. I did, however, spend my two £5 off coupons and got free eggs.


came home and decided to clear last od shredding heap - WELL! - I dropped it IN the bag and it went right through as the bag was faulty! :rotfl: all I can say is I'm glad I used it for shredding and not the cat's l;itter tray! :rotfl: I need to ge the vacuum out now...

Bossy I am so so sorry for me and my big mouth. I cannot imagine what you have been through. How strong you have had to be for your family, i admire you for being so positive, i hope its not to painful for you or your family these coming weeks
