Type aa in the search box on the Topcashback site.

Sooler, I did this and the page quotes 'online purchase £10'. What does this mean, the insurance is £10 or the discount? When I click continue it just seems to show the normal AA site with their discount making it not very competitive. I know I'm not understanding something here, but I don't just want to purchase at the ordinary rate.
    Cheers

I've no idea - I've not used Top CashBack myself yet.

May be the offer has changed bearing in mind it costs the theAA £14 to produce the card and documents. If the affiliate was getting £25 to pass back to the customer - plus an amount the affiliate gets for themselves (say £1), the theAA would be making a loss on any new membership costing less than £40.

ARHHHHH, just phoned AA to cancel, they are saying they are going to charge me £14 to cancel this cover now.
If you have just applied , then you should have 14 days no quibble. You should tell them you are not happy with the small print.I,m pretty sure they can't charge you until after 14 days.
  • www.ecashback.co.uk are offering £12.50 cashback for AA cover and I don't think there's a joining fee.

How good are the AA compared with RAC? Just had a little trouble with my car, called RAC to be told at least 2 hours for them to come out (explanation was the leeds festival was causing delays, but my guess is they'll have another another day). Seems bad for a major city when I've paid for the cover. Anyway managed to sort it myself and get home. Just wondering if the AA like to be with you sooner than at least 2 hours?
  • Just noticed my AA £25.00 cashback, which had been tracked, has now suddenly been declined. No apparent reason for this as I complied with all the necessary terms when taking out the membership direct from quidco link. Would not have bothered joining the AA were it not for the offer of £25 cashback via quidco..... seems I have been conned and cannot cancel membership without incurring costs...... is there anything that can realistically be done about this via an earnings enquiry or will that prove a waste of time?

Quidco is now also reduced to £10 ... so the theAA can now sell without any loss!

oh - and if they have declined all of the £25 cashbacks they're laughing.

Where's that man from the theAA who was posting earlier in the thread?

It is a £14 cancellation charge.
    See post no.s 26 & 46 in this thread.

Although it appears the RAC opt not to charge in such circumstances.
