I ahve the same email arrived today. links to surveys but nothing about downloading the toolbar.

Has the £5 offer been pulled?

I applied on the 26th July, got the qualifying survey email on the 27th July, and got the toolbar email on the 28th July. I have been doing the questionnaires every day since then. You get to do a TV survey, a radio survey and a website survey. The website survey is part linked to the toolbar as it may ask questions about some of the websites you have visited.

I don't know whether I have just been lucky in being sent the toolbar. Maybe it would be worth trying again from scratch and seeing how far you get this time.

I haven't had the £5 Amazon voucher yet though.

There is a drop down next to GFK on the toolbar which enables you to uninstall it.

I was invited to download the toolbar - been doing the tv and radio surveys for several months, then got invite to download the toolbar.

Big Brother (no, not the crappy TV show) monitors most of what we do anyhow - so what's one more. Besides, how many of you are members of survey sites, loads, if my experiences are anything to go by, they get shedloads of info from us, and always say they never use our details. I've done pretty well out of survey sites - never really 'won' anything, but the points or whatever mount up. Got 12 quid to spend in Halfords yesterday and am awaiting 20 quid to spend in Boots.

Every time my pc crashes I get "Send error report" - who gets that info? PCs are always being monitored by 'someone' - as I said before, just uninstall it when you get your fiver.

That would be Microsoft - it's built into Windows. The idea is they improve their product as a result. Personallly I think they should be getting their software right before distributing it... so always decline their kind invitation

click on the gfk toolbar and when you get to the surveys page there is a contact icon at the top right

Are these the same as I get daily e-mail reminders from them both. When I check my balance on the bottom one it shows no credits yet I've been completing surveys everyday.

I'm so confused!!!!
