Hey - all of us with IMM (GfK) toolbar - it's monitoring us talking about it!! Maybe that's why some people are not getting the toolbar or the Amazon fiver! It knows what we're up to .....

I have sent two emails already but as mentioned by another poster I have not had a response. I am going to send the email detailed below. A similar email worked with another co who advertised free Amazon vouchers for getting a quote so worth a try. I'm going to use the helpdesk, Nick North,
Joanne Wilbraham and Gary Roddy email addresses. Has anybody got any thoughts before I send it.

Dear Sir / Madam

This is now the thrid time I have emailed and as yes I have still not had a response. I am taking this final opportunity to request that you respond to my initial question regarding the £5.00 Amazon voucher.

Should you fail to respond within 2 days you will leave me with no alternative than to report GfK Marketing Services to both Trading Standards and the Office of Fair Trading. My complaint to these organisations will made due to my belief that you are using decetion and false advertising in order to attract people to join your panel.

I sincerely hope this can be avoided and I await your response.

i got my fiver quite quickly and have just won £100 with them so i can't really complain!

From what I've read they do seem legit but I know the company I had problems with last time were also legit but just not very good on the sorting things out front. A snotty email just seemed to give them the kick up the jacksy they needed.

Did this last week...and only I reminder email to do a survey so far. Sent a couple of emails asking when I'll receive a voucher, but so far not even an accknowledgement that they've received my email!

So I've sent them another one. Will continue to send until i get a response.

Then as soon as I have the voucher....out goes the toolbar.

After 3 emails, 1 month and stress today recieved a email:
