    Have a great day xx
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
    :) Mortgage Balance = £0 :)

  • i picked up my keys yesterday and can now properly start my journey to mortgage freedom. The EA says the property has already gained approx £15k in value since I put my offer in back in August so thats a bonus. Now to slap up the magnolia paint and put some new carpets in my bedroom before i move in

Ooooh I'm so jealous! We're still waiting on (it feels like) everything with our purchase!

I know what you mean about your parents... I love mine, but there's a reason I moved out!:rotfl:

Getting very excited now, the bedroom is decorated and carpeted, not totally happy with the colour of the carpet but once I get furniture in it'll be fine. Will be living there from Wednesday night :):)
Desperately want to make my first overpayment but know I've got to wait till I've finished paying the first bills and furniture etc, although I have got £10 in my cash back account so might use that. Might sit down with the laptop later and fiddle with accounts.
So much I want to do and can't decide where to start, time to go write a list!
