I ordered a 'Frozen' cake for my daughter's 13th Birthday... i was worried by the reviews - but it arrived in time, well packaged - and went down very well at the party. The cake was one of the best i've tasted for a while!
I'd definitely use them again.

I ordered a Skylanders cake based on the photo on the website... what turned up looked nothing like the advertised cake. Really amateur... I wouldn't recommend them at all.

My cake came two days late, missing my birthday party and still despite email and phonecall complaints have not heard from anyone! They even ignored my Facebook correspondence on the day of planned delivery, replying only when I caught them out for having read the message! Terrible service

Dreadful cake, really amateur, my five year old, who it was for could have done better. Nothing like the website images. Offered me £10 off my next order as compensation! AVOID!!

My son's birthday party is tomorrow and I ordered the Minecraft cake for £49.99. Having two children and numerous nieces & nephews I consider myself to be an experienced party cake buyer however, this has to be THE most disappointing cake experience I have ever had, online or otherwise, and the customer service is awful. The cake looks nothing like the one on the Web page. My personalised message has been written by hand in faded text - not iced like the photo and two of the 3 sugar characters were broken including main character "Steve". To be honest they were very flimsy and not good quality. We phoned immediately asking if replacement figures could be posted but were told by a lady that she "just answers the phone" and cant take any action without the bosses approval however, he's always busy or out when we call. I emailed yesterday as instructed by the phone answerer including photos of the broken figures and no one has bothered to answer me or return our calls :mad: Avoid them !

MichelleBee sounds amazingly similar to our recent experience and that was most definitely not a good one! We had a Minecraft cake too and when it arrived other than it being square and a cake the similarities stopped there. The figures were something a child could of made and we were missing the green creeper and we had lovely felt tip pen scribbled on instead of the cut out bubble wording. Was shocking to say the least. Tried to call them but only way to communicate was via email and even then it's like banging your head up a brick wall. Even when I tried to explain our sons birthday was in 2 days time it didn't make a blind bit of difference, really bad customer service and a awful cake nothing like the picture on their website. We had to purchase extra figures from another sugar crafter in the end and tried to make the cake as good as we could given the time frame involved. As a way of compensation they have offered us some high street vouchers to recompense us for the extra costs we've incurred in trying to make their cake remotely like the picture they say you'll receive from their website!!!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!!! AVOID at all costs or be prepared to be very disappointed and unable to speak to anyone to try and resolve &#55357;&#56865;&#55357;&#56865;&#55357;&#56865;

Absolute disaster, ordered the Minecraft cake base on what I thought were unbiased reviews. After my cake failed to arrive I delved further only to find that they have mostly negative reviews on other sites. The reviews on their site are carefully selected and any negative experiences removed. The cake arrived a day too late and was poorly made, with characters missing and the birthday message a tatty hand scrawl. The packaging was completely intact but the cake was damaged by their packing methods. My son who is recovering from Chemo cried so much it broke my heart. Please don't use this company, they do not respond to enquiries. They should be ashamed if themselves for providing such a shoddy service. they shouldn't be allowed to trade. My fault for not doing my homework more thoroughly on an unscrupulous company.

We had just recently ordered the cake to come on Friday 29 May 15, cake never turned up, no one called and event worse when I called them trying to find out what was happening to my cake this operator was not just not helping but she was rude and hung up on me. I made another call and another lady picked up, she was nice and very apologetic and promise that she would get someone to call back but no one ever did. It's all base on a lie! Anyway, we chased them for a few days and finally got to take to someone who said that they will refund us money and will look up where the cake was and why it was not delivered, since then we have not heard back, still not getting money back and had to move a party of our little boy. I would not recommend anyone to try or use their service as they are so unreliable and irresistible.
