Totally agree with what SA said. You've gone back and are on track again now and that's the main thing. Somebody I know has lost 9 stones at SW which I find absolutely amazing. But she's been able to give it her full commitment. You're in a totally different place with 2 DS's and a husband who needs looking after, so don't be too hard on yourself. Good luck.

Now you're back at chub club you can start to make inroads into the weight. Onwards and downwards

My DS2 had two teeth out at a dental hospital under general anaesthaetic as he wriggled too much for a normal injection in his gum. I was worried to death but he was fine. I hope the happy gas does the trick. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Coming out of lurkdom again to wish you well on your SW journey. I'd hate to say how much I've put on since my slim days but just let's say it's more than you have! I'm trying to lose mine via the 5:2 diet which seems to be working as my head's in the right place at the moment. Good luck and as teafor2 said, don't be hard on yourself.
Glad you're happy with your hair cut and colour. Mind you, your hair looked lovely on the telly. Wish mine was like that - I'm absolutely green!:DFinally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Having read your diary on and off for the last two years and then reading about your interview with Martin, I finally watched it last night, it was very good and so inspirational what you have achieved .

Thanks for the encouragement and nice comments all .
Stuck to the food plan religiously. I know it’s only been 2 days but I feel much more in control. Hopefully I’ll get a good loss next Friday.
Today has been a NSD. Have only been as far as MiL’s to help her sort out a few things online. The rest of my day has been spent making a Roman shield with DS2 and a 3D plant cell with DS1. Makes you wonder who’s homework it really is .Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Aw thanks Cumbria. It seems a little dreamlike now, like it didn’t really happen! Hopefully it will help others realise there might be a light at the end of the tunnel. XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

The main thing about sticking to an eating plan (avoiding the word diet) is being in the right mindset. If you're not then it won't work.
Your making things for the DSs reminds me of when my DS entered his school's Easter egg competition. I ended up doing most of the making involving pipe cleaners and an egg to make a spider. He won or rather I wonI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
