Glad DS has made his choices and something he is happy with
Hope your hair appointment went well
Glad the shower wasn't too much of an expensive fix! I'd be lost without my shower.
Hope you've had a good day

When I was DS1’s age, I was trying to decide whether to be a vet or a French teacher. As a ‘career’ I ended up as a bank manager, but my other jobs have been in customer services, waitressing, bar work, playgroup worker and pizza maker!! Absolutely nothing to do with what I’d imagined. I’ve explained all this to DS1, and whilst I think it’s important to try your best in exams, it’s also important to enjoy your subjects and prove yourself to be a decent human too XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. My DS wanted to be a graphic designer originally and went to college to study it after school. One day a graphic designer came in to give a talk and put half the class off. Not long after that DS left college to go and work with Mr SA roofing which was a shame as he was very artistic and not exactly the hardy type for roofing. Now he works in a wood yard. Hopefully your DS will stick with it but I know you'll support him in whatever he decides to do.
You have a lovely MIL to pay for your hair
Good luck with your SW restart, you can do itI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

Evening :hello:
Joined chub club again this morning. Have gained half a stone since November. Embarrassed to say I’m 7 stones MORE than the first time I ever joined SW after DH proposed 19 years ago
. Disgusted that I’ve allowed it to happen.
Been at the dental hospital for several hours today with DS2. He needs a baby tooth out, but is very nervous/anxious after a bad experience at the dentist a few years ago. They have offered to either put him to sleep and do it under GA, or give him ‘happy gas’ and do it while he’s awake. There are a couple of other teeth that are questionable, so they said they’d take those out too, to save the anxiety of having to go back if they needed to come out further down the line. DS2 said he’d be brave and try happy gas, so we just have to wait for another appointment.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

You're doing something about it Lucky and that's what important. Draw a line under it and start afresh, it's never too late.
My DD had to have a tooth out under GA many years ago. Not long afterwards the dentist concerned was in the news as a little girl had died following GA at his surgery  At least the dental hospital is a safe option, he'll be fine xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -

DS2 had a GA at 6 months old to have a cyst removed from his eyelid. I was petrified but it was all fine. XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
