BAGGY

Melt butter and add smushed up digestives (with roasted hazlenuts too if feeling decadant). You can also use maryland style cookies.
Mix philly, mascapone and whipped cream. Melt a bar of cheap chocolate, mix, and plop on cooled base.

If you can get to Aldi, get their "rich and creamy full fat soft cheese"

It is delish and only about 50p for 200g. Im in euro land!

Hi nettles, if your location is Bolton UK, there are Aldi stores in Bridge Street, Mason Street, and Trinity Street.

Just google Aldi Bolton.

Fully understand that you may be elsewhere!!
