I can give you a recipe which can use those ingredients, plus a jelly and a lemon, if you can get those. Alternatively, a recipe off the internet, maybe?0

I've tried but they're all for like 600g soft cheese or 500g.
I have limes and jellyYou'll have to speak up; I'm wearing a towel0 -
If that's all you've got then all the cream cheese with about 150ml of the double cream. But most recipes want other stuff.... what 'flavour' did you expect?0

I would just make it up based around other reciepes. Cant go far wrong! Coco powder would make it chocolate or sugar plain...maybe a splash of vanilla essence? Or you could just third the receipe you have? goodluck.0

If you have a chocolate bar hanging around (Mars, Crunchie etc), it can be melted / crushed into the filling - just save a bit to decorate the top.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

The recipe I use is:
200g digestive biscuits (crushed)
75g butter (melter and mixed in with digestives to make base)
For the topping
250ml double cream (whip till thick)
200g soft cheese
125-150g icing sugar
Mix the soft cheese and icing sugar together and fold the whipped double cream in. {Put on top of biscuit base and smooth out)
Top with fruit or sutable topping
Best cheesecake recipe I have tried.0
