    After you fill in the form, they will give you a card with the barcode, ALL your shopping would get 10%, so try to do it when it is sales, get your grocery shopping, clothings all together. Also every store has their target to open the card, so everyone would happy to help you.

    The black one is with Chip&Pin, and the lighter one is older version does not a Chip&Pin card so it carries the old offer.
