Yikes to the falls clinic! Though when my auntie went to one of those a few years ago, it was really good. Although she had named illnesses with a good success rate at drug relief, the exercises they taught her at the clinic really helped (actually, I'm lying - it was a balance clinic, not a falls clinic, sorry). But the same thing might apply, there could be a lot of self help they can teach you. The Chronic Fatigue Clinic helped me, things I'd been doing to help myself, I could put on a clearer basis, it was valuable. Doesn't matter what age group attends, so long as it helps you xxx2023: the year I get to buy a car1

I got referred to a falls clinic, and I wasn't even falling. The upshot was that I should drink more.

Ah, but it is true...
Though I did forget the second part of the cure: "And take steroids."

Awake at silly o'clock again.
I am going to my mums overnight later and new carpet day is Wednesday.
Although I did not pay for carpet I now wish I did not get a more expensive one. As of tomorrow or Wed I will have no TV reception broadband or home phone. This will all have to be dealt with and costs money I really can't spare and energy i don't have.
So tomorrow is the end of an era.

Such mixed feelings.
Having your family living with you also has cost money and more especially energy that you can't spare. It's tough drawing that line in the sand but it needs to happen. The phone etc can be sorted more easily than your living arrangements which you've been working on for years. Try to see some positives and take care.Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes. I can understand the mixed feelings, beanie, but INOD is right, these arrangements - horrible as they are, and I *know* what you mean - will be comparatively okay compared to other things that you've been through.
Do you have enough reading stuff, like free kindle books, or ebooks from the library (thats what mine do now, which is great) downloaded onto your computer so you can access them even without the web?2023: the year I get to buy a car1
