Morning Beanie
I'm really sorry somebody has upset you so much. I can imagine exactly how you're feeling, I've had things happen that have left me in tears and feeling awful for days but I've had somebody to talk to about it which always helps. I hope you have somebody as well. xx

Another dire day.
I fell while going in to the chair yoga class.
I could not get up & got upset.
My mum had parked just after me so I knew she was coming.
She couldent get me up either.
So she went for help.
My yoga teacher came out ( inn her bare feet I later learned).
Eventually up & I hobbled back to the car.
I could not stop ctying & my mum got upset.
I know it hard for her.
She kept saying Lou I dont know what to do.
I know it is so hard for her.
I just seem to make peoples lives hard.
Finally managed to drive home & hobble off to physio.
Was grim.
She is concerned about my balance being so bad.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Oh Beanie
I can't believe it, you poor thing. That's the last thing you needed, no wonder you got upset. Do you use sticks or a frame when you're out and about?
Is your balance getting worse do you think or are you just going through a bad patch for falling - if there's even a difference? If your physiotherapist is concerned will she request some tests or is it just what it is?
Sending you useless but heartfelt hugs. xx0 -
Oh Lou, I feel so upset for you.
Don't feel embarrassed or shameful. You are not 'making' people's lives hard. The situation is just hard and you are finding it hard and those around you are finding it distressing because they care about you and probably because they feel useless. It's difficult but it's not of anyone's making, least of all yours.
You are such a positive energy on here, always supporting others and being positive towards them. I wish there was more I could do. Please try and remember that. Do not head off into a downward spiral of negative self talk.Debt LBM (08/09) £11,641. DEBT FREE APRIL 2021.

Sorry to hear you're feeling so down Beanie.
I hope that posting here will help you to see what a positive force you are in the world.
As for making people's lives hard - I think the person who has it hardest is you. But you still keep going. The people you're worrying about are worried about you in return because they care.
Please be kind to yourself because I'm pretty da*n sure they're not thinking you make their lives hard, they just want to help you because that's what you do for people you love. We're all so unforgiving of ourselves - you would never think this about someone you love, would you? No, you'd want to help them if you could.

I do use a stick when I am out.
Sometimes two.
I have slightly better periods & then worse spells.
It is what it is.
