I totally agree with this. The 10% who don't like you can get stuffed, they're not worth giving head space to.

    Yes, I know.
But I just cant get it out of my head.
    :o:o:o
Unfortunatly it also impacts on my relationship with my DS as he is undirectly involved.

Sorry about your fall and the washing machine door :(. I hope things get better for you soon.

And you do NOT make people feel bad, they worry about you because they love you that's all. Having you in their life makes most people feel better Beanie because you are a lovely and kind person.

Ooh and well done for de-cluttering the cupboard of doom :T.

    Thank you.

Have also decluttered the big drawer of doom in the kitchen.
I am beyond exhausted but trying to stop the bad head space by doing things.

De-lurking - don't post often but felt I had to add to everyone's comments as I totally agree you are one of the kindest people on here. Your helpful keep plodding remarks and support have assisted so many.

It must be so hard falling often and it's a credit to your determination that you do keep getting up. You've also done so much for others in your community with the food bank and charity work. Keep going beanielou, we all value you tremendously.

Oh heck to having to call somebody out. What a pain. Let's hope the actual fixing part isn't too expensive. xx

Morning Beanie :) Hope you've been feeling a bit better about things as the days have passed. Did the washing machine door get fixed there and then or did he have to come out again and do it?

Have a lovely day and be kind to yourself. xx
  • If you fast forward 2 months, just imagine how you'll feel about getting really upset over a catch on a washing machine door and £35. You'll probably laugh that it managed to become a huge thing, when it wasn't.

It can be useful to note down these 'huge issues' which befall upon us, so the next time one happens, you can look at the list of disasters which weren't really a big deal. It can help to gain perspective more quickly next time something inevitably happens,

I have to do this for work, otherwise I get stressed about the next massive issue, which was no bigger than the last massive issue, which was all sorted out after a few days fretting.
