Such a lot of *good* news - sorry you fell twice and hurt yourself, though, thats horrible. As well as the black eyes, it can feel like you've been attacked, as I know to my cost :( I hope you're feeling a bit better.

Thanks bubbles. Unfortunatly fell yesterday afternoon.

Was at a wine tasting last night which was a surprise belated birthday present to me.
Was fun if a little too serious for me!!

Tonight I am at a surprise birthday meal for someone else.Still pondering how to get home!

I hope you *did* get home, and you're not wandering the streets still!

Do you think there's a cause of the falls? General clumsiness, just one of those things, or eye trouble, lack of iron etc etc.

Glad you enjoyed the wine tasting

Beanielou - it's part of our condition isn't it, the bit that helps maintain balance just doesn't work, so where others could right themselves after tripping etc, we just land with a bang. Sadly nothing we can do to fix it, other than wrapping ourselves in cotton wool and sitting still... And that would be no life at all :(:(
