I too was worrying and getting very worked up and depressed. Luckily the fog seems to have shifted. What worked? Oddly enough, listening to a really depressing Manic Street Preachers album on repeat :)

    Take care.

Glad you got the present sorted. What did you end up getting for the other not as friendly as you thought friend a while back.

It's so hard to switch off when worries run around your head. Take care

  • You always worry more about everything at night when things get out of proportion and you can't do anything about them :(.

I find writing down what I'm worried about can help, as some of the things I worry about in the night are just silly and it's gets them in proportion.

    So not at my best.
Tired, grumpy & worrying about all sorts of things including the old faithful
    money.
Tomorrow have a funeral & the dentist.
Monday will be a difficult day & later next week I will chair a board meeting at which very difficult decisions will have to be made.
If it does not go as it needs to go I have no idea how we can move forward.
