    small amounts of a thin soup - with toast or bread if you can cope - but either way lots of liquid if nothing else!

  • Definitely plenty of liquids Beanie. Personally I'm not in favour of forcing food in when the body is saying no as I always tend to find it makes you feel worse. However if I have even a hint of an appetite then buttered toast will generally encourage it along.
