  • Hope you feel better soon Beanie. It's rotten when you're poorly. Sending hugs.

  • Eek, sorry you're not feeling well beanie. Is this a known issue? :(

Can't help with the lip balm unfortunately, I like the body shop ones but they're not sticks. (Maybe they come as a stick?)

    Question of the day.
I have no appetite at all.
Should I force myself to eat & if so what?

    Thanks.

    Thanks.

IMHO - no, if you're not hungry then don't eat. Otherwise your body may try to do a Linda Blair impression.

But drink. If you feel your energy levels dipping then drink sweet tea.

If it's a tummy upset then doctors say BRAT - bananas, rice, apples, toast. If it's a cold then soup is good, although I've heard that curry is good for colds. For a sore throat I always find something fizzy - preferably Prosecco :) is good. But if you have no appetite maybe your body isn't ready for food yet.

Beanie, what Z and BOB said about food vs liquid. I've not heard of what SA wrote, but it codifies good practice in our family :):):) I'll add "BRAT" to my list!
