Visit to GP was dire. I am still processing it. Had obviously not read my notes and was less than interested. My worst ever medical experience.Have made a formal complaint about the receptionist. It’s been acknowledged but nothing further. In money news another loan payment came out today. It’s been rounded up as usual.I have finally completed the application for Universal Credit. I couldn’t verify my identity though. Does anyone know if you get any kind of prompt about checking your journal or if you just have to check every day?I am defeated & diminished.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Oh no ....!
I am so sorry, I encouraged you to try with this GP as well ...
I hope you can find the energy to keep pushing on the complaint about the receptionist. Sounds like they need more training ...
Steady progress on the financials, step by step ...

Hi Beanie , so sorry about the unsatisfactory appointment, sounds very poor . Regarding UC I think you will get an email later asking you to go to your local office to verify your identity, I think in some cases they will visit you , as far as I know you can't do it online . Hope that helps xxbeanielou said:Visit to GP was dire. I am still processing it. Had obviously not read my notes and was less than interested. I’m so sorry to read about the doctor. I had hoped dr would be positive. So disappointing. It really is a sad sign of the times.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

So sorry to hear about your dire experience at the doctors. It sounded like it was going to be so positive too. Just not good enough which is sadly the way a lot of GP practices seem to be going nowadays 🤬I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2

What a rotten experience beanie, I'm so sorry, and for the receptionist to be bad enough to warrant a complaint? Outrageous 😕3
