Well I don't know if anything has changed but almost 20 years ago I damaged myself & was told physio for 3 months at least for the best outcome.  Turns out though it was only 6 weeks once a week on the NHS.

Would doubt that it has changed.

Have never had much luck with NHS physio personally.  Have been left on more than one occasion feeling like a failure and that it was my fault I could not get better.

How I digress.   Point of post was to encourage you to ask new GP if he can think outside the box.   I once met at a dog training class a woman who had a chronic pain condition and she was referred to a pain management place out of area (she had to go and stay) BUT after 5 days she came back a changed woman.    She had daily exercises that they had given her, along with sleep meditations and all sorts (and it was on the NHS because it was cheaper than trying to manage her condition)

I also had a friend who was referred to a mobility exercise class and that helped her walk better.  Surprisingly so (she has now moved 300 miles away so no idea how she is now, but at the time, it really helped.

So I am really hoping that new GP can come up with some ideas for you.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Thanks @Watty1. I have done pain management in the past. A falls clinic at which I was youngest by about 25 years, a managing chronic fatigue thing. To be fair I have done these but at no great benefit to me. The cravat was always that it may not help my condition. Mainly as mine is a birth injury and and not something acquired along the way. I’m not explaining this very well.
    Thanks, I appreciate your input.

I woke fairly early & then went back to sleep and didn’t wake up until after 1.00.
Mr M is now on residence on my knee. 😻

Make that list & then put it in priority order so you know what you want to talk about.  He may have his own agenda already but it can't harm to be ready just in case.

I hope something can be done to help you. It’s difficult when you have a long term condition that’s not going to improve, Mr SA is the same, there’s not a lot can be done really.

I agree SA. Mostly I cope ok but sometimes it gets me down & the falling can be difficult as I no longer bounce back as I used to.
